SignDraft LLC provides professional sign design and drafting services to support client review, landlord review, permit submission, and design coordination. Services are performed based on the project information supplied by the client and the agreed scope of work.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, reviewing submitted drawings for project-specific accuracy, verifying existing field conditions and dimensions, obtaining all required approvals, and coordinating engineering, fabrication, permitting, and installation when required.
3. Payment Terms
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of preparation and may be revised if the project scope changes. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before design work begins.
4. Intellectual Property
All drawings, templates, graphics, design standards, and other materials created by SignDraft LLC remain the intellectual property of SignDraft LLC. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the drawings solely for the specific project for which they were prepared unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
SignDraft LLC's responsibility is limited to providing professional drafting services based on the information supplied by the client. SignDraft LLC does not direct or assume responsibility for engineering, fabrication methods, field conditions, installation procedures, permit decisions, or errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by others.
6. Downloads and Resources
Any resources provided on this site are for informational use only. Redistribution or modification without permission is prohibited.
7. Modifications

Drawings provided by SignDraft are intended for permit submittal and client approval purposes only. They are not construction or fabrication drawings unless explicitly noted.
When required, structural or electrical drawings and calculations must be provided by a licensed local professional, such as an engineer, architect, or electrician. SignDraft does not provide stamped engineering or electrical plans.
2. Approval Responsibility
Clients are responsible for final client sign-off and/or municipal approval. Our drawings assist the process but do not guarantee permit approval.
3. Use of Drawings
All drawings are intended for reference only unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Professional Design & Drafting Services

Our goal is to provide clear, accurate, and professional drawing packages that streamline the approval process while remaining flexible to each client's fabrication standards and project requirements.
Our drawing packages communicate the proposed sign design, dimensions, materials, and mounting concepts to support the approval process.
Drawings illustrate design intent and the proposed mounting arrangement but are not fabrication/shop drawings or step-by-step installation instructions. Unless specifically stated, fabrication, engineering, permitting fees, field verification, and installation services are not included.
Because fabrication and installation methods vary between sign companies, installers, engineering requirements, manufacturer recommendations, field conditions, and applicable codes, SignDraft LLC does not direct or assume responsibility for the fabricator's or installer's means and methods of fabrication or installation.
Existing conditions, dimensions, attachment methods, and site conditions must be field verified by the sign contractor prior to fabrication or installation.
Every sign company fabricates and installs signs differently. One of the advantages of working with SignDraft is that our drawings can be tailored to match your company's preferred fabrication details, installation methods, and documentation standards when provided.
